Alice O’Flynn

Alice has many years’ experience of working in the health and social services sector at senior management level with the NGO sector, the public sector and government departments both here in Ireland and in other jurisdictions. Her practice fields of knowledge and experience include social inclusion, human rights; equality, mental health, and safeguarding. She set up Súil Eile in 2012 when she left the Health Services Executive after 10 years of working as Assistant National Director of Social Inclusion. Súil Eile consultancy works with a wide range of organisations on strategic planning, service reviews, policy, development, impact, and evaluation. She has a BA in Applied Social Science, is a qualified and experienced Social Worker and has an MSc (Mgt) Organisational and Strategic Management from Trinity College.
