Aisling Plunkett
Weekend Facilitator
Aisling has been hosting retreats in Ireland and overseas for more than a decade. With over 5k hours of training and 20 years’ experience with teaching holistic therapies, yoga, and various health and well-being techniques, creating and holding a loving and safe space for residential retreats is something that comes naturally to her. Aisling has a chartered level 1 membership with Yoga Alliance Professionals and is a member of both the “Irish Register of Herbalists” and the “National Institute of Medical Herbalists” in the UK.

Lorraine Mooney

Lorraine is an Integrative Counsellor, moving between different theoretical approaches including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Gestalt Therapy depending on each client’s individual therapeutic needs. Her therapeutic approach is Humanistic where she applies a Person-Centered focus with clients by establishing an empathic and non-judgemental relationship in a relaxed, confidential setting. Aoife McManus
Aoife is an expert in many types of Yoga & Meditation and has been supporting Gerri’s Place since its inception. Her classes are gentle and meditative aiming to guide you on your journey to self-love and care. Aoife has dedicated over a decade to the wellness and fitness industry, and yoga is her passion. She has trained in many different styles of Yoga from Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. Aoife is also a qualified Meditation Teacher. Alicia is a Mindfulness Teacher & Facilitator, passionate about supporting others on their healing journeys. In essence, her work involves guiding people to connect with themselves, in a way that is embodied, kind and curious, so that they can very gently learn how to heal themselves, experiencing how it feels to be at ease in mind and body.
Denise Hill
Sound Therapist
Denise Hill is a member of both the Association of Sound Therapists Ireland and the Reiki Federation of Ireland. As a qualified sound therapist, she utilizes a variety of sacred healing instruments in her practice. Denise provides group sound baths and individual sessions for her clients. Yoga Instructor
Ever since she first started practising yoga in 2001, Deirdre has always been drawn to the practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. These practices foster and support deep rest, down to a cellular level and she believes we need them in our lives. Read more about Deirdre here
