Annual Volunteer Day 2024: Strategy, Celebration, and Connection

On November 16th, we hosted our first in-person Volunteer Day since the pandemic—a momentous occasion for our young and rapidly growing charity! With 22 volunteers attending in person and 1 joining online, the day was a wonderful mix of celebration, connection, and strategic planning for the year ahead.

The event was a tremendous success. We took time to honor the incredible work of our volunteers, whose dedication and energy have been the driving force behind our impact. It was an inspiring opportunity to reflect on all we’ve achieved together and to celebrate the remarkable growth of our volunteer base, a testament to how far we’ve come in such a short time.

In addition to celebrating, we also looked to the future, collaborating on strategies and goals for 2025. This in-person gathering strengthened the bonds of our community and reminded us of the power of coming together to drive change.
