When we process your order/booking, your data will be processed by our banking and financial management systems and yours and may send your data to, and also use the resulting data to credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases and manage payments.
Payments Services
We use certain third party service providers (including Stripe, paypal, gofundme) to: (i) operate and provide the Squarespace Payments Services, and process payments. We transmit some of your personal information via an encrypted connection to our payment processor.
How do we store your data?
Gerri’s Place uses squarespace to host it’s website. Squarespace, and its affiliated products, store your data in Tier III data centers across the United States. It serves images and other static assets via multiple geographically distributed content delivery networks (CDNs). This system ensures that the data in each page view is served from the data center closest to the visitor’s location.
We will keep your data for 30 days Once this period has expired, we will delete your data.
Marketing
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. We may share your contact information with Squarespace, our email marketing provider, so they can send these emails on our behalf.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Gerri’s Place from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of Gerri’s Place such as our volunteer service providers.
